I once had a dream that I posted in a game I wasn't a member of, and the resulting shitstorm caused the game to self-destruct.

It was an odd dream.

didn't this happen once? or, rather, someone started replying to posts in a game they didn't belong to, actually made CR there, and lasted for months without getting caught? i feel like it was a really long time ago, though.

i can't remember the name of the game because i wasn't in it, but it was a journal-based game (as opposed to comm-based, i mean), which is why i feel like it must have been ages ago. i think the character was someone from final fantasy. if anyone remembers what i'm talking about, or was actually in the game, please do chime in. it must have been hilarious to watch up close.

i remember someone claiming to do this in route

i don't think this is the game you're talking about, because both instances were nipped in the bud relatively quickly, but this happened in ddd twice

one person ended up apping and staying in the game for years once ljrp mechanics were explained to them. the other person drifted into obscurity

i remember early in the days of ed, someone got swept after idling out for a month or two and then three months later they were tagging posts and had to be reminded that they'd been removed from the game.

Was it Adstringendum?

Because I know some weird-ass Sailor V did something like this, once. Wasn't a member of the game, stalked the shit out of the Usagi there.
