honestly I can't remember... i just remember the character telling the player about water rising and losing electricity and then a bunch of anons came in all wtf. it was a huge highlight on the anon comm at the time which is why it sticks out to me

Blackjackrocket, and it's probably not them. BJR wasn't in New Orleans I'm pretty sure, they were just on Fandom Wank to make it clear that anyone in New Orleans who wasn't leaving their house and walking through the hurricane to leave it was an idiot.

Iirc there was also a weird diversion about food foraging and her claiming people could just catch pigeons with their bare hands and eat them, unless I'm crossing my wires with some other survivalist wanker.
