I hate it so much, it's not flattering and it's not fun. Being "intimidating" just means everyone's afraid to ask me about thread directions and I get slow tags because people think I care about whether their writing's good or something, and the random praise is more of a bummer than anything because when someone mentions how much they love my character or a thread we're doing I think "oh maybe they tagged me," and my inbox is empty.
