the thing is nobody voted margot the defender of the weak and downtrodden. she acts like it's her personal responsibility to sniff out wank and act on behalf of people who never asked for her opinion. this was a whole separate issue apart from her that she stuck her nose into to act like she's the personal gatekeeper of all wank related issues in her games.

I get how that can be annoying, and I don't actually know Margot at all, but how is it a bad thing for people to be vocal about this stuff vs just staying in their lane and gossiping about it... here?

I don't need a wank crusade, and this wasn't exactly wank worthy on the surface, but we did find out some stuff about the Jansen guy being a passagg whiner, and I think that's worth something. tells me to avoid Jansen more than Margot at this point

it's more that margot had no view of the other plurk and had no idea whether or not there was drama, then plurked about it literally seeking out people to tell her what happened so she could decide if it was wankworthy or not.

margot has made the wank of others her personal crusade several times historically, and this time she literally went seeking out people to tell her if anything happened.

i'm not saying don't stick up for people if you see something happening, but you also don't need to literally post asking for people to bring the drama to you to turn it into your latest crusade. not everything needs her intervention. she doesn't have to be at the center of all drama.

i don't know this chick so i can't comment on her history but taking things on a case by case basis, it doesn't seem like what she did was a dick move

it's not about whether there was or wasn't drama. it's about a third, uninvolved party, literally asking for the drama to be brought to her so she can involve herself.

But what's the actual point, though? Why would you ask a general question to your timeline if you're concerned about what happened with a specific friend, instead of just asking that friend?

if I was looking forward to a certain player's reserve, I'd probably make an offhand comment being disappointed if the reserve disappeared. it doesn't mean there's a huge evil bullying conspiracy against jansen, but damn it does make me want nothing to do with them the way anons are so damn triggered over someone asking an understandable question
