ikuhara is ikuhara. he used to send pictures of himself naked as xmas postcard to his guy friends like anno. all bits strategically hidden. he really does whatever the fuck he wants.

parano book stuff is probably more difficult. i remember reading the interviews of the "making of eva" were translated and collected in google docs, but if you ask anon to the mod of the blog above and they still answer they could probably help you.
iirc sadamoto's interview was in the "everything about kaworu nagisa" official book, also you could find it in that tumblr blog or somehow in other websites if you dig around. there was also an interview with iku-chan there.
