if the pb you're thinking of is noel fielding, then probably so. at least, that awful dickie character that they have an account for seems exactly the same as thingy/moomin/whatever stupidass name they use for their ocs.
sweetcupcake and fondantfancy are the two others I can think of off the top of my head. idk having a fetish is one thing but they are all literally the same character
they're strange, but pretty harmless. i've been tagged by them before and told them i wasn't interested. they accepted it and moved on without an issue.
