the problem now is for most deals lime publishing or animation, creators are required to have social media and to interact with fans as part of the marketing. that's part of why we're in this hell now. social media changed.

I think anytime anyone says they were baited, they meant they put words in the showrunner's mouth and twisted it into a promise.

anything related to lance's VA happened in interviews and conventions, never social media. he doesn't engage there.

voice actors aren't the story boarders or directors in charge of the actual plot, though.

ok? i don't know how that denies what i said, the other voltron writers didn't engage in social media either

companies encourage it but it hasn't become an obligation (yet, hopefully)
