because people are mad someone is popular for being friendly and active.

i knew as soon as the post went up that they'd get wanked on and it would blow up. she has a lot of friends too so of course she'd have whiteknights too which isn't helping. the best thing they can do is stop talking.

they're active and friendly and people including the mods have thanked them for their post publicly so they're easy to hate if you're the type of player that compares yourself to everyone else which is a problem in faction games.

i don't think anyone is mad so much as annoyed that eski is clearly plugging her own post here and summoning a bunch of people to her defense when it wasn't even necessary as almost everyone was in agreement that OP was reaching with their observations

i think she made her post and some jigoku whiteknight linked it to defend the game's honor. instead they ended up dragging an unrelated player on wg and summoning a bunch of whiteknights that made her and the game look bad.

i'm pretty sure this is the same jigokucho whiteknight who has been jumping down people's throats for bringing up issues with the game. "maybe you should be asking different questions?" is the same condescending tone they used to call people out for not reading.

good job giving wg a different name to latch onto though. you're so bad at whiteknighting your own game.

at this point it doesn't matter if eski was involved or not, the game (and by extension the player) looks bad because a few anons decided that frothing at the mouth over a nonissue was a good idea. i guarantee you nobody would've cared otherwise if they laid off and left it alone.
