then they could have done it without the "wow, this ac looks too high" comment. all they had to do was say "doubt I'll be joining the game, but this looks cool!"

mentioning that you think the ac is too high but it's not like you're gonna join anyway is some passive-aggressive 'I am making this about me' bullshit (or they're an idiot. equally likely.)
