any dog of any breed is going to be badly behaved if you don't train it and take it out regularly

dogs aren't like cats where you can just get one and then leave them to do their own thing all day, they need training and regular consistent exercise and if they don't get that then they end up being poorly socialized and anxious

that's a common harmful misconception about pet cats. they need attention and affection, mental stimulation, playtime, and proper socialization just as much as pet dogs or they develop similar problems. nearly every behavioral issue in pet cats that isn't due to something medical is because their needs aren't being met by their owner.

Bored/unsocialized cats can be as badly behaved and destructive as bored/unsocialized dogs. People just write cats off as being inherently undomesticated (a myth) little assholes that don't need attention or stimulation because they're independent, but they'll recognize that a poorly behaved dog's needs aren't being met and it's the owner's fault.
