I know a player who only ships with their rl partner too (I believe due to someone line crossing aggressively and scaring them) but they will actually just put that in a meme prompt. Like it's not hard to say you're only looking for gen.

The difference is this person (afab male) actually tags people back and tags out I guess

Missed the part where this person is posting to ship/smut memes. In that case seriously just use the meme prompts in a musebox instead of opening up to other taggers and ignoring them.
