Activity Check Form that looks like:
- Tell us how many different characters you threaded with this month (threads are considered to be at least 3 tags from you. if it's more than 10, just put 10+ - please note that every month mods will ask a few random people to link proof of this number.)
- Using dot points, tell us what your character did during the event this month, or what else occupied their time.
- What is your goal for next month?
- Did you meet your goal for last month?

AC mod is responsible for:
- Checking to see if the "threaded with" number is 0-2 for two months in a row, and using a form notice to set a requirement for next month (ie tag five different people at least three times each or be removed)
- Keeping a general sense of game activity by skimming the comms and event logs, and reading people's summaries and considering if they mention other characters. If someone seems to be lying about activity, asking them for linked proofs.
- Asking a couple random good eggs for linked proofs also.
- Checking those small amounts of proofs and leaving a checked comment or asking for corrections.
- Tracking fail/hiatus in a spreadsheet.

Head mod is responsible for:
- Reaching out to players AC mod says are showing consistent cliqueyness or inactivity and discussing their situation.
- Must be able to politely encourage them to drop a character if they have too many, issue strikes/warnings, and feel comfortable removing people who are simply not participating.

A game cap also helps because "you're taking a slot someone else could be using" is a more tangible problem than "you are disappointing other players" especially since other players tend to be reluctant to press people for tags.

let's keep making modding just like a job by making the players fill out monthly progress reports that the mods review individually
