it doesn't matter how convoluted and stringent your ac requirements are, some people are determined to do the minimum level of comments possible to stay in the game without rping, and they will find a way to accomplish that.

so, in the spirit of wankgate, the only way to guarantee activity would be something unhinged like

- 20+ comments
- comments MUST spread out over all 4 weeks of the month (so no begging for boomerangs for the last 3 days of the ac period)
- you can't reuse people from month to month, so no asking the same 3 people to bail you out time after time, no strategic closed post with the same person every month, everyone is on a 2+ month cooldown timer
- you can only take 1 hiatus per quarter, so no pass/fail/pass/hiatus/pass/fail
- 1 plot involvement thread per ac, so no psling in the corner with your buttbuddies and ignoring the rest of the game
- threads can only be backdated 1 month for the comments to count as ac, you can't submit a thread that started 2+ months ago for ac
