tbh this'll probably be the person who makes the mods add a "we reserve the right to ask that you stop trying to apply to this game after too many declines" type clause on the app page if they don't have a policy like that in place already

i've been in a couple games past where mods ended up having to do this lol. iirc it was dark that kept trying to get into one of them (submitting an app with the same auto-reject mistakes two times...)

it's valid to figure anyone would know better than to keep trying after the third or fourth rejection, but there are truly some people out there who either don't know how to take "no" for an answer or couldn't read a room if it were being actively narrated to them

the mods have never had issues telling people not to app if they don't want, so they'd probably just reject them on invites if they think they'd be a bad fit.
