off topic (well, from this) but I felt so bad when certain Cool accounts on twitter just. ignored the hackers because they were too busy that day tweeting fifty times an hour about Biden losing support. like goddamn, your fans break the law in service of something good, and you can't even chuck them a tweet of acknowledgement because your group chat decided it didn't mesh with that day's topic? holy shit

yeah it's dumb to pretend that anything on twitter is organic and spontaneous after a certain point, especially when it's someone's job, but it's weird to get a glimpse behind the curtain and be reminded of how artificial and coordinated things actually are.
