has there ever been a change.org petition that sparked actual change or are they as masturbatory as i think they are

none of them have ever accomplished anything. online polls are completely pointless because they're incredibly easy to game.

i do appreciate it when it’s something dumb and they go along with it. like how it was voted for pitbull to hold a concert at this remote alaska town bc it was funny, but he went anyways and it sounds like both he and the town had a good time.

in contrast when taylor swift did something similar and the winner was a school for deaf people, she didn’t follow through.

boo. it's not impossible for deaf kids to enjoy a tswift concert, but it also sucks to make the school the butt of a joke

i still recall how narusaku and ichiruki fans made online petitions to rewrite the endings of naruto and bleach, lmfao
