He didnt, it was confirmed by multiple victims. And the few he did were done very poorly with little actual regret included in the posts.

he should have been industry blacklisted already.

he claimed to apologize. so far basically every victim of his who has gone public has said that was a giant fucking lie. so i wouldn't be surprised if every other part of it (counciling etc) was a lie too especially since others have said he has not changed at all
