the spring cleaning event? 22 characters tagged it. song had 55 players in april, so not even half of all players tagged it let alone half the character list. there were 14 top levels and the first 2 top levels alone account for 155 of the 494 total comments.

the ac change went into effect in april which was the final nail in the coffin, but the game has always been slow except for a few handful of players.

basically, if not even 50% of the game is engaging with the main plot of the month, i don't think the game is very active. if you are in the game, i think you may have a cr group that is part of the active 5-6 people which is skewing your perception of how active the game really has been.
