wouldn't say i'm invested in her personally but as someone who's had people make up batshit lies about me that couldn't be corroborated whatsoever because most of our interactions in this hobby are via written word and can thus be proven or disproven, i'm mostly just compelled to call out bullshit i've seen done to me

I highly doubt it. This thread already quieted down a few times, only for someone to keep trying to bring it back up. I don't know if it's someone late, just really hates Jade and can't stand she hasn't been run out like Alisa, someone who really just wants deets, or whoever. It just feels like someone running around in circles trying to make wank happen by using the most vague deets with big accusations, without ever providing caps.

I think everyone already agrees Alisa is guilty as fuck because she quickly ran off before the thread even got too bad. Harder to tell with Jade because aside from having bad things to say about the previous mods, which isn't cool either and should be easier to find deets for if she was vocal about it in plurk, the bullying claims feel dubious because there are no clear details to latch on.

I'm not defending Jade. I never saw any of these but I also don't think it's impossible given so many people hide their crazy in discord and only idiots do it on plurk with a bunch of randos present. I just think it's just one or two people trying real hard for Jade to get punished like Alisa but don't actually have anything they can use to prove it.

same about the bullshit lies. i pissed someone off years back (opted out of playing with them) who took it personally and to this day occasionally spreads shit about me which isn't true. it definitely underlined how a lot of what anons say isn't to be taken as fact without solid proof.

this is what it comes down to. if these people are actually anywhere near as bad as people are claiming they are, then why haven't any deets been shared beyond "they're terrible people who have done bad things, just trust us"?

when i had deets to share about a different person who in fact had done shitty things, i dropped those caps so that everyone could see what they'd done. the fact that not a single person has shared anything in this case makes me really doubt the existence of any actual info.

I think Jade and those anons are operating in a different version of reality than the rest of us.
