there's a key difference here which is that no disney movie has a cast of 30+ characters, so they aren't all going to hit individual cast cap and then take up 30% of the game together

but if 10+ people apped a disney princess to my game i might put some sort of disney cap in place, so that's not really the argument you think it is? as a mod i personally don't see an issue with using franchise caps to prevent oversaturation in a limited game cast. it's not a big deal.
