Yes, if you're in the volunteer server and everything? Because all of DW is volunteers. The staff are volunteers. If you have ability to do literally anything beyond what a normal user can do, they probably consider you on the staff.

nayrt but also a volunteer. volunteer staff is still technically staff yeah. but kit constantly drops into people's plurks to act like the authority on whatever topic is being discussed, so i can't blame anybody for being annoyed by it. she can come off as really condescending but i think it's a spectrum thing and not intentional.

yeah have any of you told her it's offputting or seems condescending because a significant minority of dwrp are self-loathing autistics and sometimes neurodivergent people don't know something is an issue or comes off a certain way but if you tell them they will be horrified and stop.

the answer is still communication and assuming people who are in the same hobby as you are coming from a place of good faith instead of having an attitude or an ego.
