Nothing in Sora/Haseo's canon history indicates ANYTHING about gender dysphoria and that's taking into consideration the games, anime and even the (noncanonical) books and manga.

OC apps are usually treated with more scrutiny and held to tougher standards than fandom apps, and that's fine. But if the mods here think adding extra work to it is necessary when it should be them and their ability to judge an app acting as quality control, then it just looks like they don't really want to have OCs in game from the start.
