IC wise: Michael, Lucifer (though not there anymore), Raphael, Cas, Jo and Sam are good.
OOCly: I can only speak to Cas, Lucifer and Raphael who are very cool OOCly.
The rest? Chuck/Mary... eh the ICness is negotiable, but OOCly? Cliquey assholish bitch. Crowley? Same.
The Gabe I don't know OOCly at all.

There's not much thought put into Dean at all. Like other anons have said before: he's boring. There's no spark.
OOC-ly - she's a whiny little crybaby. Always asking for butt pats and telling stupid little lies.
