I'm not the anon you replied to and the person in question is independently verifiable as exactly that: an emotionally unbalanced, lying, money-bumming manipulator. After this started coming to light, multiple people admitted to having similar stories about them. This also started after the person in question left TLV, so if it were a lie, it couldn't be for the sake of driving them out.
I tend to be suspicious as fuck and definitely do not believe everything I hear unless it comes from very close friends, but in this case I view it as Occam's Razor. I know several of the deets on this person are true, and in the time I've known Binky I've never seen her do something like that.
