(to be honest, reading that argument, i'm not a fan of either in the end. one is insisting that canon images and situations aren't canon at all. the other... well, i'm sure we've beaten the dead horse that is lenga's kanaya/eridan feelings enough. neither is looking like a real winner to me.)

i can certainly see interpreting that panel, as well as eridan's assertion that since kanaya will auspistice for just about anyone, why shouldn't she be theirs, as signs of there being potential for one. maybe it's not an officially declared relationship, but it would be disingenuous to say that it is 100% impossible. since it's used as an example in canon, and kanaya at that point was very meddly.
though i certainly wouldn't jump down someone's throat over this. it's silly.
i got the impression that kanaya had been hanging back from vriska/eridan and in their first pesterlog eridan was trying to convince her to start an auspistice rather than continue one
eridan's offhand comment that kanaya won't auspistice for them because she doesn't want to get pulled into a non-red quadrant with vriska kind of seals it for me tbh
A recent plurk of Lenga's makes a mention of "My Friend, King Rockwell" so make of that what you will.
Was she seriously suspected of grudgewanking on cape&cowl's cast? She was never even in the game...and their Homestuck cast is pretty good from what I remember.
