It varies some, maybe even quite a bit, depending on the character being played - like how far you can take that pain and have it be pleasure.

I am on the other side of this equation. Someone who is only about 4 years older than my oldest kid told me that after we'd written the porn scene and I was uncomfortable.

How do you squat in this game? Does the AC allow backtagging? It seems a lot harder to scrape by when you need two pieces of activity.
I'm sorry but if you aren't college age or older I don't want to RP anything with you. People can be wanky at any age so it has nothing to do with that. I'm in the over 30 crowd and high schoolers and younger just all feel like kids to me. I can't relate OOC and would much rather play with adults.This goes triple for smut. I'd be skeeved out beyond belief if I found out I had threaded smut with a kid.

I end up feeling like a babysitter because the age and life experience difference is too great and I just can't relate to them on the same level. I prefer to have OOC communication with my RP partners so that means RP is a no-go with teenagers.

when i'm playing a recipient of anal and the other player has their character pulling out and looking at their "shit-covered cock." realistic or not (and yes it can be realistic in certain situations like if the receiver has ibs or other bowel issues), i just find that nasty.

My big worry is that if I go un-anon with my concerns, it will be held against me. Maybe it wouldn't officially, but the mods have already shown that they take all sorts of shit into consideration when declaring someone a problem player. I would feel better giving my complaints if I knew Andy would be stepping down. "Oh, OK, I promise I won't do that shit while I'm wearing a mod hat" wouldn't cut it for me at all. I wouldn't even be OK with him saying "I won't do that shit at all any more, even in situations unrelated to the game" because I can't trust that he won't bring this sort of pseudo-therapist bullshit "logic" with him while on mod duties. I do not trust him or his judgement to be OK with him being a mod.
If they let anon happen in the game HMD I hope we have, I may post. If they let anon happen but have IP tracking on, I'm using a proxy or having someone else post for me.
I also hope they won't screen the post. Seeing other people speak up is good for confidence. Plus, seeing what other people have brought up can remind others of things they might have wanted to bring up, but forgot. It could be that no one thinks to bring something up because they assume everyone else mentioned it already. Maybe someone else can clarify something when they realize what the other's getting at. Having a screened post for this sort of stuff wouldn't do a lot of good, IMHO.

I recently got perfectly valid crit from several of my castmates about my activity. I stepped back, dropped a couple of muses and reprioritized everything RP related.
A month an a half later, I'm the only one of us who had AC ready the day it went up and has been consistently answering all her tags within 3 days.
