She wasn't my favorite character, but I really, really hate what's being done with Rose.

I can already tell we're not gonna find out what the treasure is. we'll get reaction shots from the characters and then the intermission is gonna end and we're gonna focus on totally different characters again.

probably karkat, terezi and dave. because who cares about what's happening with the alpha kids, right?

kinda sorta slowpoke but i'm glad all these ships are sinking especially the karkat<>gamzee ship. i even liked that ship but with the way it's been treated like some sort of sacred shipping cow among rpers is annoying as hell. it was obvious from the start that gamzee wasn't romance material in either sopored or sober state so anyone surprised he would break things off really shouldn't be. there was barely any build-up or justification for karkat<>gamzee besides karkat being "worried" about gamzee when he wandered off but jfc karkat worries about everybody that and you know karkat wanted to kind of minimize fatalities.

bonus points when people who play gamzee refuse to update him at all after he goes sober because of this reason. to me gamzee's sudden decline was what made him interesting and to keep playing him as some dumb woobified hippie is a total waste of his character.

i guess people will have their fun and that's fine but i can't help but feel like they're missing the point of his character and only playing him for ships.

when i read the short story, all i could imagine at the end was the protagonist as a blobfish. which is...still gross and kind of terrifying when you think about it, but it pretty much slaughters the mood
