Probably because the whole I TROLL U thing is pretty much how a lot of fanon portrays her despite that not really being her canon personality. As for the sex thing, I guess it's because she's usually depicted as a hot blonde woman and that combined with how people think she's a troll who does what she wants would make people assume that she'd have a lot of sex whenever and with whoever she wants. I may be wrong, idk.
