Because it only requires lame, short tag responses. No effort needs to go into replies so it brings all the flakes crawling out from under their rocks. Scenes don't need to be set. People don't need to think. There's no way a meme that needs more effort than mindless text message type responses would ever get the amount of tags tfln gets. It's the RP equivalent of making Ramen for dinner rather than a lamb roast.
