I see that sometimes too. Former wankers genuinely screwing up again and then accusing mean anons of having a grudge when they get called on it.
Otoh, I also sometimes see people stalking someone and breathing down their neck, and basically looking for any excuse to namedrop them here, no matter how petty, and sometimes even taking things totally out of context to sate their grudge. To me, that goes beyond reasonable criticism, and I think anyone would get frustrated if they felt like they couldn't make even a tiny mistake without it exploding into a public shitstorm.
