Posting to a tdm will eliminate your issue at cost of slight inconvenience. Any close canon CR is going to see you, respond to you, and boom, there's the PM chance you wanted. Because who actually avoids potential close cr in a game structure environment anyway, save for those few who have dynamic shipping issues that go against grain.
And since tdms run like clockwork, you can schedule accordingly and even strike up potential CR to use later with other players/potential players. Win/win.

To be honest, when they first started tagging my character, there was actual development happening in our threads. I couldn't figure out what everyone hated so much. About ten threads later, the player messaged me saying to stop trying to have my character try to fix theirs. THey wanted to keep the Master broken. At which point I discovered how awful they were at tagging.

Nope, not one of those people. I've been reading this and trying to see your or other anon's side of it, but even at its worst this seems little more than a very minor inconvenience.
People I don't want to deal with, I've talked to and told as much without mods needed. And if a situation goes far, like them actually sucking at who they play, I either move out or crit them and see if they approve, and take it to mods if they don't. So, sorry. My sympathy only goes so far in this case.
