there's an ooc drop post for him where he just decided that mair was going to fuck off and fall to pieces without ganon there. not sure about the whining, whether it's in the comments or in his plurks, but i thought that was kind of a dick move.

i kind of wish the cast cap was a little lower (15 instead of 20 maybe) now that only one cast is even close to hitting it and the game is capped. the fate cast is a huge presence compared to everyone else.

it doesn't help that one player apped three characters from said cast

i have no idea why that was allowed but it should not have been

iirc, that was back when the fate canon was split up into each category. and there's no problem with apping from the same cast if the chars don't have interactions with each other. i'm not canon familiar, so i don't know if this is the case with their chars.

I love this game, but I do not love how people make twenty plurks about it a day to share every single thread.

i think ~2-3 a day are probably fine

once you start going over more than a handful you need to stop though

i wish this game had a section in the app where you had to detail some basic plans with your character

nothing that would require extensive lore knowledge or anything but just to prove that you're apping a character who will get involved and be proactive instead of just wanting to play SoL or ships or because we have a cast

that's only really helpful to anyone who knows the game, anon. if a newbie wants to app in and only knows there's fairy courts and magic, they're not going to talk about joining the fox cult or helping fortify an area. and tbh, not everyone knows what they want to do with their char right off the bat. it depends on who you click with in the game, what group you become a part of, and what sort of plots you get involved with. sorry to say this because you won't want to hear it, but there's nothing wrong with people playing sol shit in the game. unless they're a character that would be really involved and they're not doing anything but making cakes in the rain, it doesn't really matter. or, it shouldn't. yes, it's a war game, but it's not JUST a war game and people can find fun how they please.

they not need to give specifics about fox cults, they just need to prove that their character is suitable for the game (as in: somewhat proactive). there's nothing wrong with playing SoL sometimes but if that's all you want to play there are other games without caps.
