Obviously it's bad form to app into the same cast as someone that dislikes you and vice versa, but what about in the case of a character that would make you semi-castmates? I'm thinking about instances like one person playing from MCU and the other playing from the X-Men films. Or one person playing from FF7 and the other playing from FF13. You're not actually castmates and your characters can completely ignore each other without causing IC issues but there's an OOC expectation/'tradition' of these casts having interlocking CR circles.

In this particular case we'd be the only characters from either cast but what do you think? Worth the potential headache and drama or not?

If you're this handflappy about possibly having overlapping CR with this person, you should probably just not app to their game period.
