my favorites are the ones who swear they have insomnia even as they chug coffee or red bull/monster etc. all day. but the fact that you can't sleep at night surely has nothing to do with ingesting a shitload of caffiene, it's got to be insomnia!

the two aren't mutually exclusive, anon. a lot of people who are genuinely insomniac drink coffee to keep themselves alert during the day. it doesn't help their ability to sleep, but if you can't take a large chunk of time off work to beat your sleep schedule into submission, you have to keep yourself functional through the workday somehow.

i've had more than enough days where i didn't get enough/any sleep when i should have been and had to have something with caffeine to keep me awake/functioning when i start to walk into walls or i'm worried about sleeping at work. i'll be tired for most of the day, but when the time comes for me to actually go back to sleep again, i've hit my 'second wind' part of my insomnia and won't be able to sleep or feel tired well into when i should be sleeping again.
insomnia is a bitch and some people just have it hard. try having a reverse circadian rhythm and having to work during the day. sleep problems are legit problems for people and while yes, some idiots drink coffee at ten at night and then wonder why they can't sleep at twelve or one. they're idiots.

Ok dude I think the idea that anyone has access to grocery delivery is ridiculous, but Walmart delivery is literally $5-$10 dependiong on when you choose to have them delivered and I want to know where you are getting a weeks worth of food for $7.
