my biggest problem is that the people who tag me might want to get under a character's skin a bit for laughs and then be friends. so i play nice. even if they get pissed off they recover, and that's not ooc for them given social instances in canon like you mentioned with your character.
the people who think that's ooc don't tag with me, they just observe this and bitch to others about how awful my character is. i've yet to have anyone who tags with me complain about characterization, but that's because tags come from group a. not group b. or c.
