Vegeta. I don't care about what the scouter says about his power level, I really like his character development over the course of the series and I really like where he is at the end of Super.
I had a friend who played Vegeta in a game we shared. It's been years but my character's CR with Vegeta remains some of the most fun I've had in RP. you should do it, anon. Vegeta is a great fucking character and I'd be ecstatic to see him in any game.
