Yep. I don't mind talking with this player about other things but it sure kills a conversation quick when there's around fifty or so responses talking about this one canon and then they come in and kill the conversation with a five comment ramble trying desperately to tie it to star wars. Even in plurks marked "oh, I'm talking specifically about canon a", they'll bring star wars up.
It's not drop all contact levels of annoying, but it is irritating enough that I wanted to complain about it
