I'm pretty sure this person keeps bringing up examples of things from their canon in order to empathize with the main topic, but it looks like they keep bringing up things from their canon just b/c they want to be included and can't think of anything else to say.

like, if the plurk's all about how canon a threw in a backstory reveal, don't derail the plurk for multiple comments talking about how it reminds you of canon b's backstory reveal, especially when nobody brought up canon b in the first place.

People bringing up something they're familiar with that relates to the topic at hand so they can join the discussion is how normal conversations work. If it's meant to be a private conversation, take it to PPs. Or ignore the person. Or ask them to make their own plurk to discuss their canon.
