I think that's fair as described but it isn't something I'd personally do. If venting in a like that works for you and it's a minor issue you're irritated about, go nuts. A [mute] plurk is different than a completely anon plurk where someone is lecturing their entire timeline because they feel slighted by something that happened earlier in the day and is actively looking for response.
unfortunately context here is hard because i don't feel like dragging the context of said anon plurk onto wankgate.
But when it's an anonymous plurk where the situation is obvious and is only serving to seek out buttpats, it's a different situation entirely. Especially if the party thats being "called out" comes in and knows it was about them. In that case, it's kind of immature and not thought through. Instead its just made a bigger mess.
