TBH RP has been crap since that stopped being a thing. If there was a cracky game focused around weird character shifting events like that, would anyone even app?
behavior and interests are two different things. people can move past the shit they enjoyed as kids/teens and have no interest in them, but still throw tantrums fit for a queen

unless you offer some big plot to go with it? no. people are done with games that are only cracky events. gargleblasted tried to make a comeback and failed. drift fleet stays small because of this too, even if it isn't the only thing that has. dressing rooms are dead because of-- well many reasons but this is one of them. games can't advertise themselves as SOL or they screwed, just go look at preferences at EMP.
