i'm sure there are MANY cases of rpers caring about permissions that don't directly impact them, and anyway, the polite thing to do would be to put no info in the permissions and just ghost the characters you don't care about

actually i'd be interested in a community-wide poll (that i know won't happen) about which people would honestly prefer: permissions that say "i'm not interested in your character in particular," or permissions that don't indicate, and then the topleveler just ignores the tag-in?

i've decided instead to remove all mention of malleable protags from my permissions and simply skip over their tag-ins like a normal person, i'm sorry for having caused any emotional distress

you definitely don't! it'd get dropped too fast. speaking of which, the reason most of your threads don't last very long is because your oc is a kind of teenager's-first-oc mix of edgy and perfect, with all the hallmarks of someone who's too invested in their blorbo, combined with the fact that your writing is extremely purple. her personality is also, from what i've seen, too easily adapted to fit every thread/ship you personally want, and the inconsistency won't convince anyone looking in from the outside that you're playing a character as opposed to a version of yourself who can hit on your faves.

if it doesn't sound familiar you're in the clear. you might be in the clear anyway since these are anonymous comments and nobody is a mind reader no matter how smug some anons are being. there's a high chance that naming who some anons think it is would be wrong and be tar and feathering someone whose only crime is having flowery writing for their oc.
