this doesn't appeal to me at all.

too micromanaging and coming across like you assume the worst and expect players to be cliquey. makes it hard for players with a strong preference for either network or log posts for no good reason (i've seen plenty of meaty network tags and one-line log tags, and some characters are easier to write one or the other with).

i'd put in the rules that the game promotes crosscanon tagging and wide cr circles and that it isn't a place to just write with your canonmates or ship partner. so if you get particular players like that you can warn or get rid of them citing game rules. much better than making your entire playerbase jump through ac hoops to prevent it.
