i think that there’s an absurd amount you can do with the nerevarine in particular, since in the morrowind main quest you pretend to be dark elf jesus on behalf of the cia and it’s ambiguous if you really were him the whole time or just have gotten so good at acting like him that azura accepts you

it requires your character to have a certain amount of depth that oblivion and skyrim didn’t demand and that most mmo main quests don’t really demand either
