in my opinion, if you MUST defend yourself on wankgate*:

1. DO NOT log in

2. comment exactly once with your proof or pastes

3. log off completely and inhabit the real world for a few days

(*it will go badly. but i want you to leave pastes and caps, so i believe you will be the exception! truly.)
