anyway, pretty sure it was epi, justine and erin who created the game, then something went down that led to erin dropping and cutting ties very soon after the game opened.

it matters because of the whole damn fanfic about so-and-so starting the game for such-and-such fanfic reasons, which could be a bunch of lies if so-and-so didn't even start the game

but all three plurked at the same time about the creation of the game, and all 3 confirmed their involvement when the game first launched, iirc in the game plurk as well as on their personal plurks

it almost definitely came about because epi tried to get into dup with tony a couple of times and failed, presumably due to cast caps, while erin and justine were very salty about the fact that xmcu is included in the mcu cap at dup

kit was an original mod too, so she was PROBABLY intending to quit modding folkmore with epi and then ended up guilted out of doing so by sil (since kit is clearly burned out on folkmore, which who can blame her). she isn't modding anymore but she had some huge family emergency at the end of may and is clearly still on good terms with the mods so that departure wasn't the flounce erin's was

legit if you just go up to the very start of this pixie led thread, you will see anons discussing who the mods were at that time when the game was brand new
