still not super exciting. the player they're trying to name and blame played a 16 year old gacha version of sephiroth who got "adopted" by the genesis/angeal/adult sephiroth polycule and their two or three additional fuckbuddies. super pro shipping and only plays gay ships, greatest crimes is being flaky and boring to rp with most of the time. they left the game months ago and as of last tdm was still hyping the game up like it's some great place to play. maybe it is if all you like is shipping and tags once every couple weeks.

Rune threw a fit in a private server and wouldnt specify exactly why they were upset despite people attempting to ask directly what they wanted. Rune also misled someone else (a prospective new player no less) into thinking it was a "secret sex game" out of some personal grudge against the FF cast.

I'm not gonna claim the game is perfect. It may be slow, but as long as folks are enjoying themselves I dont really care. Basically the issues with the FF cast and with a very specific ship just read to me as a grudge from Rune who left the cast in a flounce.

Sorry this is just a "trust me bro" explanation without explicit deets. A couple of the sources I have are from private conversations that I dont want to simply copy and paste out of respect to said sources. Believe me or not, I'll leave it up to you all.

rune's exclusively a gay shipper who ships the firsts hardcore, trying to blame them for other people not liking that ship is really stupid. every time they've mentioned your cliquey little sex game it's been to encourage people to play there, even after they left. sounds like you've got the grudge. and me. i have the grudge because none of you do your fucking tags.

They made a pretty big deal about not being into poly ships in chat. I'm just saying based off of what I've seen, it seems pretty specific to target those complaints and that Rune has been pretty two faced about it.

Still not a sex game though. Just wanted to point that out.

not officially but we both know what most of the rp that happens in the game revolves around and it's not being dragons. don't try to pretend otherwise, i played there a while when i got duped into applying thinking there would be a lot more to the game. there isn't.

A lot of people aren't into poly, they always seem to end in a clusterfuck of ridiculous drama and petty infighting, and from where I'm typing that's looking exactly like what this is. I don't play polyships either, I can't trust any of you to keep your heads out of your asses.

Yeah I've only played a couple myself because I trusted some very specific players for that exact reason. I'm not saying that anyone should inherently be okay with it, it's good to have boundaries and know what you dont want. But saying "well Rune ships the Firsts though" and then knowing how loud they were about not liking to poly ship just reminded me of that. That's the only reason why I brought it up. Unless it was a comment meant to generalize shipping and not as an OT3?

it's sex friendly as is expected from a big part of the game being crau'd from an actual sex game. there aren't prompts for porn every plot or anything. you can get RP outside of the ships going on!

Complaining about a specific ship seemed pretty telling to me. I didnt lay the initial accusation but I don't disagree with it either, if that makes sense.
