couples.

from the constant flirting and comments to plurks on either timeline talking about "my s.o. is so ___" or "my s.o. did this or that" or, hell, even plurking about wedding shit. calm the fuck down you've been together for a month. you're going to break up someday, stop acting like you're going to get married and live together. in about a year (give or take a few months), you'll break up, cry about it, then latch onto the first person who shows an interest and start the cycle again.

following both parties is just twice as annoying.

so is it acceptable after they've been in a relationship for a decent amount of time...? gotta agree that you sound single tbh since the beginning of a relationship is when people MOST WANT to talk about their relationship. it's the honeymoon stage. it'll stop once they either break up or get more used to each other.

no

it's pretty much worse if you're still acting the same six months into being in a relationship. constant plurks, being lovey dovey in OTHER people's plurks...

and yes, i'm single. i've been in relationships but i didn't morph into this annoying person completely centered on them and plurking constantly 24/7 about how much i loved the person or to show them a ring i'm looking at.

i'm just boggled by looking at rings and wedding dresses. who does that?

idk maybe people who get married...??

what do you think they'll just be sitting around the couch and one day decide to evolve their relationship into a marriage? weddings take a shitload of time to plan. 6 months of dating could probably still mean a year and 6 months away from a wedding.

this all just screams bitter virgin tbh. go get laid or something jfc.

they're half the country apart and one person is 17 years old. chatting online and calling that "dating" and then wanting to get married so soon??? sure, that'll last.

not everyone here is a virgin.

+1

never actually had this happen to me on plurk, but that shit's annoying on facebook and in real life. it's going to be annoying everywhere else.

I'm glad people are happy in their relationships, but god damn. sometimes I'd rather talk about literally anything else
