Me either, but the consensus in the last thread was using proper spelling, capitalization and grammar made you seem like you had a stick up your ass.

I think there's a difference between ooc and ic communication though.

I don't really care if someone doesn't capitalize or uses tons of exclamation points!!! or internet shorthand on plurk. I wasn't the one of the anons who judges people for using proper spelling and grammar either (I usually use proper spelling and grammar unless I'm goofing off or get really excited) but I don't really care if someone doesn't want to put effort into having perfect capitalization or whatever on plurk.

But I fully expect people's ic posts, in the actual game, to have proper capitalization, spelling, grammar and everything else. Not doing that makes it seem like you're either dumb or don't care, and in either case I don't want to play with you.

idc about stylistic choices like someone choosing not to use caps but misspelled words annoyed the hell out of me.

In an actual game tag, that's not a stylistic choice, that's either laziness or pretension unless it's canonically IC for the character. That no caps using RPer is not e.e. cummings.
