"I can't even" bugs me a lot less than the variations
I don't expect slang/memes to make sense or form a complete sentence but when people start trying way too hard to make it witty and unique I just kind of gently scroll past. It reminds me of Joss Whedon-style dialogue where nobody in real life ever actually talked that way until Buffy started pretending they do and then everyone wanted to emulate it
