.....eghbh well in a THREAD, i can totally agree with you? i'd be hella turned off because in that specific instance i'd expect more effort into our joint activity.
I get a lot more judgmental about spelling and grammar in threads, unless it's IC bad spelling/grammar. (I kind of love it when people text badly and it's IC. Needs to happen more often if you ask me.)
The one-letter abbreviation thing chaps my ass even in ooc communication, though. Not so bad that I'll shun people over it or anything, but yeah, I wince.
"c u l8r" and so on, dear god, it really does make me think of my mother trying to be hip. And I'm thirty.
Capitalize, punctuate and fragment all you want, though, I do it myself.
